LAN Oak Park Cross Race HR Graph

I wore a HR monitor during the cross race Sunday. This is my HR graph from Sunday's race.
167 average. 189 high. But, look at the line, hovering right around 180... for 45 minutes straight.

Nice! I stopped wearing one last year because if that number got too low I felt like I wasn't working hard enough but my legs were always telling me a different story.

Holy schnikes! My max is around 170bpm and max sustainable is low 160s. Now that there is some serious output.
